is a carefully balanced, natural herbal blend prepared according to Sowa-Rigpa (Tibetan medicine). It contains, among other ingredients, amla, pomegranate, malabar nut, cardamom, and long peppercorn.

This unique formula, in the form of coarse, brownish-black granules with a bitter-sour taste, is traditionally used to support general well-being.

Contents:
30 sachets of 2.5 g each – Total weight: 75 g (2.65 oz)

Traditionally used ingredients:

  • Amla (0.77 g) – known for its high vitamin C content
  • Pomegranate (0.77 g)
  • Malabar nut (0.58 g)
  • Cardamom (0.19 g)
  • Long pepper (0.19 g)

Directions for use:

  • Take 1 sachet daily with warm, pre-boiled water, preferably 30 minutes before or after a meal.
  • Keep at least 1 hour between meals if taking other medications.
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • During pregnancy or for health questions: Consult a Sowa Rigpa practitioner.
